Roy M. Slagle,
President and Chief Executive Officer
ABF Freight System, Inc.
Beginning on January 1, 2012, Mr. Slagle was named President and Chief Executive Officer of ABF. He previously
served as ABF’s Senior Vice President–Sales and Marketing, beginning that job in February 2006. Mr. Slagle was
Vice President–Administration and Treasurer for ABF from January 2000 through January 2006 and Vice President
and Treasurer of ABF from 1995 to 2000. He was a Regional Vice President of Sales for ABF from 1989 to 1995.
Between 1976 and 1989, Mr. Slagle served ABF as Operations Supervisor at the Dayton, Ohio terminal; Operations
Manager at the Dayton terminal; Branch Manager at the Cincinnati, Ohio terminal; Branch Manager at the Carlisle,
Pennsylvania terminal; and Regional Training Specialist at the Dayton terminal.

R. Louis Schneeberger,
President and Chief Executive Officer
Panther Expedited Services, Inc.
Lou Schneeberger joined Panther in March 2010 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. In
February 2013, he was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer.
He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Kent State University. He is a CPA (inactive)
while serving 10 years at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Schneeberger serves as a board member for
many companies such as Energy Focus (NASDAQ – EFOI), Libra Industries, Mongoose
Metrics, and a few others. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Royal Appliance
Manufacturing Co., maker of Dirt Devil vacuum cleaners, a public company, until it’s sale in
2003. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for 2 public companies, Olympic Steel
(NASDAQ – ZEUS) and OM Group (NYSE – OMG). Mr. Schneeberger brings more than 30
years of experience to Panther.

Gary W. Cummings,
President and Chief Executive Officer
FleetNet America, Inc.
Gary Cummings has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of
FleetNet since July 1, 2011. Prior to that he was FleetNet’s President
and Chief Operating Officer. He began with the company in January 2005 as
Vice President of Corporate Services. Before joining FleetNet, Mr. Cummings oversaw
the information technology department of a former less-than-truckload (LTL) subsidiary of
Arkansas Best from 2000 to 2005. He also previously served in various financial capacities
at Arkansas Best from 1992 to 2000. Mr. Cummings is an active member of the Technology
& Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Associations and he is involved in various
industry activities. He grew up in the transportation industry, working in a trucking
company that was owned and managed by his parents. Over the years, Mr. Cummings has
worked with multiple modes of transportation including LTL, truckload, intermodal and
brokerage. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK and a
Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

C. Jason Turner,
President
Albert Companies, Inc.
Jason Turner has served as President of Albert Companies, Inc. since June 2011.
Prior to leading the company, he worked as Albert’s Chief Operating Officer and
Planning and Development Manager. He began with the company in March 2004.
Prior to joining Albert, Mr. Turner held leadership positions in both the
utility and manufacturing industries with emphasis on leading customer focused
quality improvement initiatives in the companies he served. He is a graduate of
Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA, holding an undergraduate
degree in Industrial Management. He earned a Masters of Business Administration
from the University of North Texas.

David A. Cogswell,
President
Data-Tronics Corp.
Dave Cogswell has a long tenure of service with Data-Tronics, having joined the company
in July 1979 in the computer applications area. In August 1989, he was named to his previous
position as Director, Technical Services with responsibility over systems infrastructure, voice
and data communications and capacity management. He became President of Data-Tronics in February
2008. Mr. Cogswell is a native of Olathe, KS, and a 1979 graduate of Kansas State University.
