Judy R. McReynolds,
President and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. McReynolds was named Arkansas Best's President and Chief Executive Officer on January 1,
2010. In addition, Ms. McReynolds was named to the Arkansas Best Corporation Board of Directors, effective
January 1, 2010. Ms. McReynolds served as Arkansas Best's Senior Vice President - Chief
Financial Officer and Treasurer from February 2006 through December 2009. She served as Vice President - Controller
of Arkansas Best Corporation from January 2000 until January 2006. She also
served as the Controller of the Company from July 1998 until December 1999. Ms. McReynolds
joined the Company as Director of Corporate Accounting in June 1997. She has 10 years of
public accounting experience, the last five of which were with Ernst & Young LLP in Little
Rock, Arkansas. During her time at Ernst & Young, Ms. McReynolds served as a Senior Manager
on the Arkansas Best account and also served a number of other companies in the
transportation industry. For two years prior to joining Arkansas Best, Ms.
McReynolds was employed with another publicly held transportation company.
Ms. McReynolds is a member of the American Trucking Association Board of Directors and American Trucking Association
Executive Committee and serves as Chair of the ATA Audit Committee. She also serves on the ATA Litigation Center Board
of Directors, the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) Board, and the ATA Special Governance Committee.
Ms. McReynolds is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. McReynolds is a native of Norman,
Oklahoma and a 1985 graduate of the University of Oklahoma.

J. Lavon Morton,
Senior Vice President - Tax and Chief Audit Executive
Mr. Morton became Arkansas Best's Senior Vice President - Tax and Chief Audit Executive on January 1,
2010. Mr. Morton served as the Company's Vice President - Tax and Chief Internal Auditor
from January 2000 through December 2009. From May 1997 to December 1999, Mr. Morton was
Vice President-Financial Reporting of the Company. Mr. Morton joined the Company as Assistant Treasurer in
December 1996. Mr. Morton has overseen the Company's tax reporting since 1996.
From 1972 through November 1996, Mr. Morton was employed by Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Morton was a Partner
in Ernst & Young LLP from October 1984 through November 1996. Mr. Morton is a Certified Public Accountant.
From January 2003 to October 2005, Mr. Morton was a Director and a designated Audit Committee Financial
Expert of BEI Technologies, Inc. BEI was purchased by Schneider Electric in October 2005. Mr. Morton
is Vice-Chairman of the Tax Policy Committee of the American Trucking Associations.

James A. Ingram,
Senior Vice President – Strategic Development
Mr. Ingram has been Senior Vice President – Strategic Development for Arkansas Best since November 2011. Prior to that,
beginning in April 2010, he was the corporation’s Vice President – Strategic Development. From
January 2008 through April 2010 he served as Vice President – Market Development for ABC.
He previously served as Vice President–Market Development for ABF from February 2006
through December 2007. From January 2000 through January 2006, Mr. Ingram was ABF's
Director–Quotation Services. Between January 1990 and December 1999, Mr. Ingram served
in ABF's Pricing Department as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Pricing Manager.

Michael E. Newcity,
Vice President - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Newcity was named Arkansas Best’s Vice President - Chief Financial Officer on June 1, 2010. From November 2007
through May 2010, he served as Director – Economic Analysis for Arkansas Best. He previously served as Director – E-Systems
& Emerging Technologies from November 2005 through October 2007 for ABF. Between January 2005 and October 2005, Mr. Newcity
served as ABF’s Manager of E-Systems & Market Development. He was ABF’s Manager of E-Commerce from January 2000 through
December 2004. He began his career with the corporation in June 1993 serving Arkansas Best’s subsidiary,
Data-Tronics Corp. in various Systems Analyst/Programmer roles through December 1999. He holds a Bachelor's degree
in Computer Information Systems and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Arkansas.

Michael R. Johns,
Vice President – General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Johns joined Arkansas Best in April 2007 as Vice President – General Counsel
and Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, he had a twenty-four year career as a practicing
attorney in Arkansas. Mr. Johns came to Arkansas Best from the law firm of Dover Dixon
Horne PLLC in Little Rock, AR where he was a partner of the firm beginning in 1991.
Mr. Johns began his legal career in 1983 after earning a J.D. from Southern Methodist
University. Mr. Johns holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the
University of Arkansas, and he is a certified public accountant. He has been a member
of the State Bar of Arkansas since 1983. His professional affiliations include
membership in the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Society of Certified
Public Accountants. From 2000 through 2001, he served as the chair of the Commercial
Law Section of the Arkansas Bar Association.

David R. Cobb,
Vice President - Controller
Mr. Cobb joined the Company in April 2006 as Vice President - Controller. Prior to joining the Company,
he was Vice President and Corporate Controller for a publicly traded international oilfield service
company. Mr. Cobb's experience serving public companies includes seven years
with the public accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Cobb is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of Abilene Christian University.

Christopher L. Burton,
Vice President – Economic Analysis
Mr. Burton has been Vice President-Economic Analysis for the Company since January 2008.
Previously for ABF, he served as Vice President-Economic Analysis from February 2006 through
December 2007, Director – Economic Analysis from September 1995 through January 2006, and
Manager – Pricing from February 1995 through August 1995. From January 1979 through January 1995,
Mr. Burton served the Company's subsidiary, Data-Tronics Corp., as Manager of Services & Human
Resources and Systems Analyst/Programmer and worked for ABC, as an economic analyst.

Walter J. Echols,
Vice President – Real Estate
Since 1994, Mr. Echols has served in his current position as administrator of Arkansas Best
and all subsidiaries real estate portfolios which includes owned and leased locations throughout
the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Mr. Echols has overall responsibility for
real estate, construction, maintenance, leasing and environmental compliance services. He joined
the corporation in June 1975 with Data-Tronics Corp., Arkansas Best’s information technology
subsidiary. He held various positions at Data-Tronics until 1987 when he began work in
the Real Estate Department. Mr. Echols is a 1975 graduate of the University of Arkansas.

Donald W. Pearson,
Vice President – Treasurer
Mr. Pearson became Arkansas Best’s Vice President – Treasurer on January 1, 2010. Prior to that, he
served from February 1996 through the end of 2009 as Arkansas Best’s Director of Cash Management. He began
his career at Arkansas Best in November 1985 as an accountant in corporate accounting, serving for over ten years
in various roles throughout that department. Mr. Pearson is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the
University of Arkansas, holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration.

Erin K. Gattis,
Vice President – Human Resources
Ms. Gattis became Arkansas Best’s Vice President – Human Resources on October 1, 2011. From January 2010 through
September 2011, she served as the company’s Chief of Staff to Ms. McReynolds. Ms. Gattis began her career at
Arkansas Best in February 1999 and has held various positions in the areas of human resources, benefits,
retirement services, corporate governance and executive compensation. Ms. Gattis holds a bachelor’s degree
in Economics and Finance from Arkansas Tech University.

R. David Humphrey,
Vice President – Investor Relations and Corporate Communications
Mr. Humphrey became Arkansas Best’s Vice President – Investor Relations and Corporate Communications
on January 1, 2010. From February 1998 through December 2009, Mr. Humphrey served as the company’s Director
of Investor Relations. He began his career with Arkansas Best in the company’s Economic Analysis Department
in 1983 holding various positions in that department until 1993 when he began work for an Arkansas Best subsidiary
that was subsequently sold. Mr. Humphrey holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial engineering from the
University of Arkansas.
